My Perfect Jeans

Joe's Classic straight-leg Dakota are the only jeans I will buy. The fit is ideal for my muscular build. I especially like the lighter-weight denim. Be careful with sizing, though. Because of the 2% stretch fabric blend, they can feel very large after wearing for a time. I get mine several sizes smaller than my measured waist size. They are pre-hemmed in only 34" length, but the store will alter at no charge if you don't mind waiting up to two weeks. Instead, I run them through a hot wash a couple of times, despite label instructions, to get rid of the excess dye and account for any very minimal shrinkage, then have them hemmed on my own. The trade-off for the comfortable, summer-weight fabric may be some reduced durability, but these are not work pants (unless you REALLY want to look good painting your house!)

Nice but too long

Bought these as a gift for my husband but had to return them as they were too long, and he is 6'3". Nice fit otherwise.
This is a great jean for all occasions. Can be dressed up or dressed down. The color is the perfect shade of dark blue. These are not to slim. Soft jeans an washes well.
