Jeans that last

These jeans hold there color for a long time. I have purchased various jeans: joes, 7's,diesel, AG's. Of all the jeans I have purchase these hold the color the longest. I purchased a second pair this year and bought my first pair over a year ago.

This is my 3rd pair of Joe's Jeans and have to say I was a little concerned spending this much money on their jeans again after the last pair shredded in normal wear after just a couple months. I haven't had these long and will update this review if that happens again but so far I really like this jean and wash, I can see why it's one of their staples.
The denim is not too heavy, and has a really nice dark fish, with classic thread. Good for a variety of uses, they can even dress up well. The classic is a great slim straight fit that feels comfortable without being too slim. The denim has some stretch which helps out as well.
This pair is better than past ones, but I still feel like there's room for improvement with their construction (i.e. stitching). In some places you find low stitch-counts that are just waiting to abrade and come undone. At this price, I would expect a better construction, but again, so far so good and this pair seems a little better than others of theirs I've owned.

Proscomfortable, stylish, versatile
This color and fit is one of my all-time favorite pair of Joe's. I get compliments when I wear in both professional and social settings. Because I wasn't blessed with height, I do have to get these jeans shortened. They also fit my body better than most other premium denim brands. I'm on the stocky side, so I need jeans that won't gap in the back.
If you're considering buying these, I've noticed that I have to go down a size, but I also dry clean my jeans to reduce shrinkage.
