I adore the gold. Loved them so much that I just bought a pair for my mother for Mother's Day. I also have the mint green and have gotten so many compliments on both!!! I also got the gray and am not sure if I will keep those. I think they would look better on a brunette. Keep your own coloring in mind when you buy.
