I received these 2 days after I ordered them. I was so excited as I did not upgrade shipping. The box was beautiful......and when I opened it, I saw the flutes were each wrapped in tissue and placed in a protective foam insert.... When I lifted the first flute from the foam, I could hear the jingling of broken glass...so I did not even unwrap it....the same thing happened with the other wrapped flute! So I just put the cover back on the beautiful box, and returned to Nordstrom. How disappointing.
Cute concept, but, like other reviewers I have popped the stems off with hand washing so the quality is not what I would expect. Nordstrom has been completely fair about exchanges (5 stars to them!). I wouldn't however buy these for a gift for anyone else and put them through the hassle.
