Not the expected quality

When I finally received my order, I was very disappointed to find the quality of this particular shoe was sub par. Defective stitching along the outer ankle area made the shoe too uncomfortable to wear. Unfortunately had to be returned.
I love Frye. I ordered these in my regular size and had to send them back for the next size up. They probably would have stretched as they are a soft leather, but I would rather be safe than sorry. I wish they had a touch more padding, but I still like them. Very versatile.
These are by far the most comfortable flats I own. The leather is soft but does not scratch super easy, so they look good even after lots of wear. I am not one that can usually wear flats for a long period do to my back, however I can wear these all day. I also noticed my feet don't get hot in them like they do in cheaper flats. I will be ordering other colors and recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable, trendy flats.
I have the red and yellow but need the basic blk. These are the best flats . I do put the protective shield on the bottom because our our wet climate and have never had a problem. You can't go wrong with Fryes !! Quality shoes. True to size
