Great texture and protection and transparency but the addition of flavoring let alone this particular tasting one just destroyed my even giving this a 24 hours worth of a try. I put it on and immediately was hit by what tasted to me as if some yukky candy from grade school days had returned to haunt me.
YIckhhHhhh! Horrible. To whomever: hey, must there be flavoring at all? I don't need 24/7 sugar or any flavoring in my mouth. Keep it simple: plz just give us a great protecting clear balm that really moisturizes and provides serious sun protection - all the other silliness I neither want or need.
Have been trying some new SPF items for summer driving and outings, and lip balm is high on my list. This is a rich, soothing, smooth lip balm with SPF that feels good, hydrates, is only faintly scented. I can’t taste any flavor, tho Acai is supposed to be healthy. Convenient tube is car and purse friendly and the price is right.
I have to admit I haven't used this exclusively yet, but on Supergoop only days it rocks. I have very dry lips and have tried many lip balms. While I'm not exclusive to this yet (only because I'm kinda cheap and want to use the others up) I do believe this will be my go to lip balm. The acai fusion flavor is not overwhelming, and being SPF 30 is an excellent feature.
