I wear between a 6.5-7 and found the 6.5 to fit best, even with my solid medium foot. It's a snug fit but that's what you need because the shoe gives quite a bit. Unfortunately, shortly after wearing them my heels began to slip which caused my heels to be rubbed raw. Ouch! I can handle occasional blisters on other parts of my feet, but not in the heel, so sadly I had to return them. I purchased both the beige/black, and black/black, and absolutely LOVE the look of the beige ones on (the black much less so...). So if this shoe works for you (as I think it would for most), go for it. I just suggest wearing them for an hour or so inside just to be sure...

Super wonderful

ConsWide width
Love these flats. They are super comfy. I have feet issues so the wide width puts these over the edge in the comfort factor. They aren't that wide, just give some extra room in the toe box. Perfect.

I have a bit of arthritis in my feet. These are incredibly comfortable. Like slippers but stylish. They channel Chanel in the cream and black

Good fit, but not as good as BrunoMagli 'Bogolini'

ConsMedium width
I've had the Stuart Weitzman 'Giveable' ballet flat in my Nordstrom wishlist for over a year. I went into the store to try it on last weekend, and it fit well. However, I also ordered the Bruno Magli 'Bogolini' ballet flat, and it just fits better and looks better on my foot. As a result, I chose to return the Stuart Weitzman 'Giveable.'
