Just the right stuff for me despite the branding

I am 5'3" weight 125, 37 bust, and I'm 70: I took a chance and ordered the small. Perfect! The sleeves are a bit long but they fold up nicely. I wish the pocket didn't have the big fat logo. I do like the tee shirt softness and weight of this robe, especially when I'm drying my hair. It does not have a lot of bulk but keeps the chill off when I first get up in the morning. I will not be drying this in the dryer. It dries quickly enough hanging in my shower and I iron out wrinkles, but it could be steamed easily, as well. I have not had it long enough to know if the material will pill.
If your brand is supposed to be high end why is this made in China? I prefer clothing not made in China. Now I question (100% cotton?) why the quality is lacking. I wish they would be transparent on where the clothing is made. Luckily it was a sale item.
I ordered this as a birthday gift for my BFF (she loves all things Ralph Lauren). She LOVES this robe! It is a soft knit, well-made and a pretty navy blue color. She said it is definitely more of a "summer" robe but since she lives in San Diego she plans to wear it year-round!
