The zipper is NOT OK!

My expectations were pretty high for this bag that I lusted over for years. I finally got the courage up to buy this bag when it was on sale, and it was beautiful upon receiving it. My issue is the zipper gets stuck on trying to open or close the bag. It almost feels like you are going to break it. After years of waiting for this day, unfortunately I am going to return it.

This is my first Chloe handbag and it was so worth the investment! Classy and practical for everyday use. Going back for the wallet this weekend to complete the look!
I have a small Marcie bag but I have been wanting a medium bag and once I saw this muted brown I knew this was the bag! It’s very roomy and the color is everything! I have gotten many compliments on the color and you can either carry it on your arm or use the strap to wear as a cross body! You will not go wrong with this Chloe bag!
I had been wanting this handbag for several years. I finally broke down and purchased it in the faded blue. It is everything I expected. I was able to get it on sale because of price matching. Happy for my purchase.
