I have a Marcie bag from a few years ago and wanted a different color. The bag strap is not the same as my old one. The picture of the item shows the old strap style. The new style is very thin and doesn’t have brass clips, but only has these small pins the leather pops over. The size of the strap is out of proportion with the size of the bag. Not sure why they would change the design. Sadly, I returned this bag because of that.
Designed wonderfully - holds all daily items (including computer) for chic day to day life!

Go to Chloe and don’t waste your time purchasing from N. When you go to a Chloe store you will see that the purse is so much better and more luxurious. Even the pull on the zipper looks different than the cheap one from Nordstrom…it makes me wonder how lux these items actually are. One purse I ordered was flattened and looked so wrinkled. I reordered and it looked just as bad. So disappointed.
The bag is gorgeous! Perfect size. Fabulous leather. I have one other Chloe bag and recognize how it should have been. My bag was sent from the Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh. The bag was compressed and stuffed in a too small box. It had the incorrect shoulder strap and was missing 2 of the 4 strap keepers. The tags had been removed, placed in the inside zipper pocket. One had clearly been used as a coffee cup coaster! A used, returned bag was what shipped. This is such a departure from the usual Nordstrom attention to detail. Customer service offered to resend another bag, but for the amount of money this bag cost, it wasn’t worth the risk of a repeat experience. I returned to the local store and ordered a bag from the Chloe website. It came in perfect condition, impeccably packed, send requiring a signature and I got Elephant Grey which was not offered by Nordstrom. Sorry, Nordstrom, but this is the unfortunate truth.
