The shoe is very comfortable, but the way it is structured the patent leather looks buckled and wrinkled. The picture online photo disquised this.

I ordered these in beet, but the color was a little challenging for my wardrobe, so I ordered the black ones. They are super comfortable. Not clunky but not sexy either.

I really like these shoes - they were a expensive for me, but definitely worth it. Out of the box they were comfortable and I could wear all day at work. I ordered the beige color. They are a bit darker than in the online photo - kind of a natural/neutral color, which I actually like better than what the swatch depicted..
