I really loved the look of this case which is the main reason I purchased it. However, I dropped the phone on laminate flooring (not very hard) and cracked in multiple spots and little pieces were breaking off. I was so disappointed. I contacted Kate Spade directly and they were very helpful and replaced the case for me. I don't recommend this phone. Look for something that is more durable such as a silicone material vs. the polycarbonate.

Prosstylish, durable
Love, love, love this phone case! I'd read reviews that the phone "popped" out of the case, but I've had no issues. The color is vibrant and the design is clear. My docking of one star is due to the fact that unlike my other iPhone cases, there is no coverage for the buttons (such as volume) on the phone. Overall, a GREAT product!

Proscute stylish
I purchased this because it is obviously adorable. I like the way the hard case wraps around the phone and protects it. I dropped it once and the case popped open, but nothing broke. I just popped it back together and went on my merry way. The case does make your phone feel bigger, but you get used to it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the price.

Cute but keeps breaking!

I bought this phone cover because it was different and so cute. I love the design. However, on the side of the phone case where the little gold spade symbol is, the case keeps cracking! I don't drop the phone or abuse it in any way- the problem seems like the case is too tight and it cracks because of the pressure. It has happened twice already, but I loved the case so much I wanted to give it another shot after it cracked the first time. Unfortunately now I'm going to have to just get a different case.
