Several have said the case falls off. Mine did the same thing...until my daughter pushed it a certain way and snapped it at same time. Then it clicked and snapped in place around the entire edge. Before that a small portion would not snap and not fit snugly. It looked like it was on but that tiny part did not stay snugly closed. So it does fit you just have to make sure you push toward the top or bottom while aligning the sides.

Proslooks cheap, flimsy, not worth the $
The plastic looks cheap and flimsy. I returned it. I love Kate Spade but this case was not worth the money. It doesn't even say Kate Spade on the case. Cheap China ones look better than this.
I bought this for my 4S. LOVE the pattern (bought the black and green with white dots), but disappointed in the cover overall. The plastic slides around too much for me and it sort of sits out from phone in that trying to turn it on and off with the top button wasn't that easy. Didn't like the plastic so much.
I put it on and trying to get it off was a major pain. had to have someone at Nordstrom do it for me! Replaced it with a silicone one. So for me, silicone just worked better (bought the Kate Spade purple one) because now it doesn't slide in my car when I set it down and it's just easier overall to grip and use. Wish they made silicone ones in cuter patterns, but in the end I'll make do! I don't dock my phone so either way that wasn't an issue for me.

Proscute, flimsy, does not close
I love Kate Spade products and my new iPhone 4s! I was super excited when I ordered this case, but ended up very disappointed when I received it in the mail - the case would not snap close on the opposite side of where the volume buttons are placed. (the backing is separated from the sides of the case and should snap closed on all four sides) The plaid design was very cute and super stylish, hence the 2 star rating. It is also a HARD SHELL covered case, and does not have any inner liner like the Case Mate brands. I hate to say that I found the material rather flimsy and not up to par of the Kate Spade brand that I know. For the price, I do not think it is worth it. I would advise iPhone 4 and 4s users to go with a Case Mate brand (sold at Nordstroms too!) as the volume buttons (which are lower on the 4s) does accommodate the minor change, and has both the rubber lining and hard shell cover. Keeping my phone safe! =)
