Love this blouse. Fabric is soft and not flimsy or transparent like so many blouses these days. There is one problem which I see someone else has had also: when washed, the color fades. This is particularly bad with the black which has really faded with four washings -- using manufacturer recommendation. Also had trouble with the spotting which appeared for no apparent reason, then disappeared with the next wash. I have 4 colors, and above issues have happened with all of the blouses. Due to excellent price, am purchasing a couple of additional dark colors, and will try dry cleaners to try to hold the color.

the almost perfect shirt

I am just a little embarrassed to admit that I own this shirt in 8 colors. Yes, I love it that much. I live in a warm climate and pretty much wear this shirt every day in the winter months. I get at least one compliment every time I wear it and many of my friends are now converts. It is super flattering and the colors are great. So why is it not "the perfect shirt?" Two things....don't try to wash it like it says. It really must be dry cleaned. I tried washing one and it faded quite a bit and shrank a little. And I followed the label instructions exactly. Secondly, I keep noticing some weird spots that I can't figure out where they are coming from. Not sure what that is about. Bottom line....I love the shirt and will buy more.....

I love this shirt. It is comfortable to wear and the silk is soft and durable. Doesn't swrinkle easily. Looks dressy or can be worn with jeans.
