This is working well to remove my long-wearing mascara and eyeliner - both are waterproof. So far it has been gentle and does not irritate my eyes. I had been using the Lancome Bi-facil. I also like the flip open top on the bottle which I prefer to a twist off top.
it is great if you do not wear a lot of makeup, if you do you might need to use a lot to remove it every night... be careful using a lot in the same cotton pad, it can get in your eyes and burns. the old formula was better
