Great three-season jacket

Prosversatile
My son wanted something he could use for playing basketball outside on a cool day or to layer and wear sledding and skiing. This is the perfect jacket for all of those activities. It is fairly lightweight, but according to him, very warm and comfortable. It was worth the money and since it is a little big, he will likely be able to wear it for two winters.

Prosno bulk warm
My son is 10 years old and about 60lbs. He's slim and about the average height of most 10 year olds. Maybe a bit smaller--my family is slim by nature. Anyways, I ordered the size 14/16 at first and the jacket swallowed him! I had to roll the sleeves up and although I liked it, he didn't. So I kept the 1st order for next year and ordered another jacket in a 10/12. This fit true to size. No room for growth. His wrist were just about at the end of the sleeves. I like having a bit more room for growth but apparently the kids these days like their clothing to fit more snug. My son says it's warm, esp. for the weather we're having now. He wears his jacket everyday and walks to and from school with no complaints. I love NorthFace jackets and coats for my kids. They never disappoint! I recommend this lightweight warm, non-bulky jacket for boys.

VERY HAPPY WITH JACKET FOR MY GRANDSON! SIZE IS GREAT - HE CAN WEAR WINTER SWEATER OR WINTER SHIRT AND STILL HAVE ROOM FOR COMFORT! THANKS!

Proscomfortable
Great design. Keeps you very warm and big pockets with zipper is a plus. I'm a very petite woman so I am able to wear boys XL clothes and this is in my opinion a great unisex jacket.
