I bought these for myself (I'm 29) b/c I love Chucks and these look/feel different from the norm. I got the grey and originally tried on a 5 (clown shoes), then a 4.5 (fit, but still kinda floppy), so I sized all the way down to a 4 and they fit perfect. I wear either a 6.5/7 in Womens, but most of my Chucks are a 5. These are a definite size down. I don't know if you'd have to size down 2x like I did, but you may need to for yourself or a child. I love this particular shade of grey. I have another lighter shade, but these have a little more edge to them. The canvas is also a bit thicker, which I like. I don't think they'll make my feet hot, but the shoes should definitely feel more comfy. P.S. I did 4/5 b/c I had to keep changing the size.

My 10 and 5 year old girly girls just got these and love then them!!!! They are fashionable, sporty and stylish plus comfy!! Look great with skinny jeans, shorts, sweats, cropped leggings and even a denim skirt! Fun!!!!

This are the 2nd pair that i have bought my boy's. i highly recommend this shoes. my boy's are super active and these shoes soles are super durable they dont wareout that quickly. I like that they are super stylish shoes that go good with whatever outfit they wear. In the past I have bought VANS but there soles dont last that long in a few months they start showing holes and these converse don't. I love VANS styles shoes but for active toddlers no.
