The best shave ever!

I recieved the art od shaving in the mail. I was so excited to try it. It worked better than anything esle i have ever tried! Never have had such a close shave with no razor bumps!!! This stuff is amazing cant wait to give out my free samples to all my guy friends to try.

The closest shave ever

The pre-shave oil, the badger hair brush and real shaving cream provide the closest and smoothest shave I have ever experienced. And I was using a cheap disposable razor. With a good razor it worked even better. I am thoroughly impressed. The aftershave lotion was a little lacking. I ended up having to use my current aftershave as well. I was skeptical with The Art of Shaving kit. I have always been a user of shave gels, and growing up with several sisters, I have used both men's and women's shave gels. But the experience with my new shaving ritual: rubbing pre-shave oil on my face, then lathering up the shaving cream with a real badger hair brush and working that lather on my face, then shaving. It was a good feeling instead of a hassle to shave. My wife was very impressed with the end result: a very smooth face.

Smooth Shaving feeling great!

Super excited to receive the kit. Followed the directions and man was it a luxurious shave! The after shave moisturizer felt great, my wife liked it even more! The full kit has everything you need to pamper your face minus the razor. The cream was so awesome. It is definately not your grand-pappy's shaving cream. Not a lot of pressure needed to get the soap on the soft brush. I used it while in the hot shower to open the pores and make it all more comfortable. Once I showerd and got my skin warm, I applied the oil. Applied the soap, working up a real nice lather with just a littel bit of soap. Shaved and had no burn from the shaving. Used the after shave balm to moistureize my old face. My wife absoutely LOVEd how my face felt afterward. I am in the military, so I have to shave daily. I had some conversations with some of my battle buddies and they are now looking to where they can get thier own set.

This is how the rich shave!

First of all, I'm so glad I got the unscented kit. I'm one who doesn't wear cologne and finds smells pretty strong. That was a plus from the get-go. As I used it, I was super impressed with the preshave oil and how it worked well keeping the shaving cream thick. Plus, it did smell pretty darn good (cloves, pine, I believe). It created a great shave with no irritation--something that keeps me from using a straight razor. The only con is that the badger hair brush wreaks of a moth ball type smell, so much so that I do not believe I will use it again. It works well though.
