Have you ever ran your hand up against harsh sandpaper, well if so, you have a small insight into the roughness my face has endured over the period of my shaving lifetime. Such a rough experience has been made sweet through The Art of Shaving! We have all heard the saying, "Smoother than a babies bottom," well that bottom has nothing on my face after using the pre-shave, shave cream alongside my shave brush, and the after shave. The pre-shave prepared those rough, nasty, stubborn hairs for shave. Once the pre-shave has worked its magic, it is time for the main event. I reach for the brush, dip it in the smoothness of white cream, and begin the lathering process. Silk does not stand a chance next to this cream! Once lathered to the point my wife calls me Santa, I can hear the hairs screaming as they begin to take on a harsh death thanks to the blades of my razor, but my face does not receive the trauma from this experience. My face is slick, clean, looks like a baby. I then apply the aftershave. It's refreshing, smooth, and the final touch! Previously, I dreaded the shaving process, but now, each time I shave, I am pleasantly surprised by the peaceful experience and the refreshed feeling I receive from the skin after applying this procedure. Though this may seem like a lot of work to get the perfect shave, skill is quickly developed and it takes no longer than any normal shaving ritual. A little of the product goes a long way! The Art of Shaving has given me the perfect shave, and made my face smother than a babies bottom. I think you will love it!

Bought this for Hubby for Valentine's Day. He really enjoyed the experience and is soft & smooth as ever. Would love to have tried the Sea Kelp set, but it was sold out.
