LOVE this Bobbi Brown concealer set! There is a large selection of tints so I have a summer and winter time favorite. The cream is not cakey and applies smoothly to erase discolorations. The powder is a fine finishing touch. I have tried many others but this is a keeper.
I read all the raving reviews and I couldn't wait to tried. The make up artist spent a considerable time applying and blending, and it looked good inside the store. I went ahead and purchased the corrector, concealer and two brushes to achieve the look. I walked out of there with more than $120.00 worth of products only to walk outside in the sun and have the whole thing starting to melt. My husband told me my eyes never looked that pasty. We went out to dinner and when I checked myself in the mirror I got terrified. I wanted to wash my face. Everything settled in my lines, lines that I didn't even know I had. Looked patsy and caked. I am 44 but I have beautiful skin, and people usually compliment me on how much younger I look. This is a terrible product for people with maturing skin. I personally don't like an overly made up look so this concealer was the worst I have tried. I prefer the Chanel one but coverage wise doesn't do much. I thought the Sisley was too expensive but after considering the brushes and corrector I had to add came out cheaper. FYI, you need to try the Sisley if you are over 40.
