No backing on heel

I LOVED this shoe!! Bought it in gray and looked great. But, there is no bone backing in heel of shoe. So, it keeps sliding down my heel so I am walking on the shoe. Maybe my foot is too narrow, but I was really disappointed in the lack of backing!
