I have never returned anything bought on internet...these shoes have a inperfection on left shoe...next time I will go in person to buy from you..I am not happy with shoes but I will keep them .too much trouble mailing back..

I purchased these for my son. My original purchase was a size 14. When the shoes came in they were too large. I called the 800 number and spoke to a very kind and helpful representative that placed an order for a size 13. I was able to return the shoes without any difficulty. The shoes are excellent quality and my son is thrilled with the quality. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Nordstrom! Thank you for great customer service.

Nail in heel

Just got the shoe.
Looks really good, no doubt. Also feels very comfortable.
Problem is there is a nail sticking out into my heel on the right shoe. I'm going to request a new pair of the same in hopes of no nails, because it is a really nice shoe.
