I have wanted a pair of Ugg slippers forever so am very disappointed they just don't fit me. I ordered an 8, my usual size. Too big, tried a 7...too big. I gave up and once again had to return.

I ordered these slippers over the internet as a gift for a young friend. They run a size big, unlike the other Uggs slippers. I decided to exchange them in person at the King of Prussia store. Naturally, I had no problem because Nordstrom's return and exchange policy is so customer friendly, which is one of the main reasons I shop there. My friend is so happy with them -- they are cozy and comfortable, yummy she says!

I love ugg slippers in general because they are so soft. The quality on these are not as great as other ugg slippers i have. The bottoms are a little rougher than my moccasins. But still a great buy. I've owned 4 pairs of ugg slippers and 1 pair of ugg boots. You can't go wrong with this.
