I decided to try this after watching some videos of application demos for LM eyeshadow palettes on you tube. Not only do I use this to tightline I also use it for wider dramatic looks as well. It takes very little product and the bottle will last a long time. I drop a tiny amount into my tightline cake pan and use a flat brush to apply for tight lining technique. For wider line or cat eye I use a angled liner brush. Remember to wash your brush after use or it will become stiff. I use shampoo non creamy to clean my brushes. I do use LM bright eyes to prime my lids first. My lids are very oily and have always had problems with my eyeliner melting down under the outside corner of my lower lash line. This product does not do it. I will never go back to using water for my cake eyeliner. Plus it makes it a much brighter fluid line. I have also used it for setting other eyeshadow when I need the extra tough,stay-put high drama look for evening events. My other LM favorites are mineral powder and pressed mineral foundation, face primer for mineral foundation, bronzer, and lipstick.

Yes, water works. But let's be honest- for $20, it's a steal to know your eyeliner will not be streaky. A must for oily skin!

Proslong-lasting
I do not know what I was waiting for. I have used Tightline Cake Eyeliner with water for a while now and I just bought this Activator. I can apply my eyeliner in the morning and it completely holds up until I take my makeup off at night. Goes on smoother, the color becomes deeper. So worth it.

Proslong-lasting
It's a little bit hard to take off, but very easy/quick to apply and lasts all day without smudging. I've tried similar things from other brands and prefer this one. I can usually apply my tightline makeup using just one drop for both eyes, too, which makes the bottle last a long time. Great product!
