These are cute and comfy Mary Janes. I wear them while running errands or hanging around at home. The sole provides sturdy support, yet they are lightweight, and the velcro strap makes adjusting the tightness very easy. Great to wear with or without socks too. I got the brown and green, and they are efficient and earthy. I always feel lucky to find Merrells in my size, and I know they'll last for many years too. Great little everyday shoe.

I had read a review before I bought these about the ankle issue I should have listened I loved them but they were uncomfortable where the shoe was cut to high on the outside hit's right at the ankle bone and rub's so there on there way back to bad it's really a cute shoe.You would think that Merrill would have caught that before they mass marketed it!!!

I have had good luck with Merrells in the past and thought this would be the same. They are a cute-looking sports shoe and the comfort level of the fit was good except the top line of the shoe on the back side cut into my skin and proved to be uncomfortable. Perhaps in time this would have softened or stretched but I didn't want to risk it. reluctantly they were returned.
