This is a review on customer service more than the shoes. I ordered these shoes on line as a gift to my son for Christmas. When they arrived, I decided I needed a larger size. I called customer service because I didn't want to risk they would run out of stock. The women I spoke with was delightful and very helpful. I received the larger size in days and received credit for the returned shoes promptly. As for the shoes, my husband thinks they are just as cool now as they were when he was a kid.
These shoes are phenomenal, it looks great with whatever kind of jeans and flannel shirts, honestly it looks great with everything. For all the people that have flat feet like me, put some work insoles inside the shoes, so that you will look good in these shoes. But anyway so far I adore it.
