I found that at 5 2 and 128lb. the compression was not enough. the wonderful edge gripper became uncomfortable after awhile and the fabric was a bit thick. If I was able to return it i would. I would then go and try Spanx. I hear the compression is better.

Proscomfy like pjs
Love this shaper. I was buying it more for smoothing under a silky DVF dress and not to really hold things in, which is good, because there was not as much compression as I was expecting. I am 5'6" and 114 lbs., size 0, and a spanx small compresses a ton on me (which is why I don't buy it - just too tight) while this one was just right -- very light compression and super comfy, kind of like running compression shorts or tight jeans. If you are a bigger size than me and wearing the small, you will probably feel more compression. If you are smaller than me wearing the small, you may feel zero compression. Highly recommend this one. I tried the slip version too, which was also great, but the shorts version has the versatility of being wearable with slim fitting pants too.
