Unfortunately, I had to be one of the reviewers who has to give a poor rating on it due to the fact that when I tried them on..owww! on my toes. My toes were too sqiushed and caused pain when walking. They are really cute and I wish they have worked for me! Sad to have to returned them.

I work in an office and walk around all day long. These shoes are perfect for long 8 hour(or longer) days. The girls at work have now gone out and bought their own pair!

It is comfortable and passes for professional but for the price - I was hoping for it to be REALLY cozy and that it is not. both my heels are bleeding from wearing it on a mile walk. I am keeping it but I probably won't be blowing money again on cole haan.

Love these shoes, best cole haans ever, have tried several which just never worked but these are perfect from the first moment you put them on, no breaking in required, can wear them all day, for me who is a narrow and slightly between sizes 51/2-6, the six aa is PERFECT! Highly recommend!
