The boot is just ok. First of all, the shaft is too wide. The foot is narrow, while the upper shaft is too big. So, if you have slender legs, you will look like a stick in a bag. Also, if you are fat/big, the shaft will fit you well, but it would be too narrow, if you have width fit. I also did not like it when walking, the bottom part fold up and does not stays straight. The leather is a bit too soft, not original enough for me. I bought a chinese laundry last year, which was quite good. But, this disappointed me.

These boots are great! I wear a size 11 and often have trouble finding dress shoes that fit well. Not only do these fit well, but they are super comfortable. Very fashionable without the pain of wearing heels, and I can wear them with short socks without my legs sweating or being uncomfortable where the sock ends.
I did wear these with a dress and they slid down a little off of my knee, but then they were cute as slightly slouchy boots.
All around, this was a great purchase!

i love these boots, they are super comfy and fit true to size. the 'chestnut' colored ones are a cheap looking orangish brown, but i love the black and my sister got the grey. they can be over the knee or folded down. super cute, so glad i bought them!
