Runs large, zipper problem

I returned mine because 1) sizing was off. Even when ordering half size down, the shoes were too big for my daughter, 2) both the zippers kept sliding down... not sure if mine were just faulty, but this is my second attempt at this brand, and gave up. The suede strings attached to the zippers fell off within the first hour of putting them on, too. Unfortunate because these would be very cute.
This is the 3rd pair I have bought for my rough and tumble daughter over the past 3 years. The stitching was a little weak on the first pair but besides that each pair have been great especially for transitioning from one season to the next. One thing you will want to keep in mind would be to pair with like colored socks. The color tends to bleed when they get wet.
