Terrible strap design

The cups and the band are well made, but the straps are constructed from the decorative trim. The trim is simply folded under the ring and stitched down in a hard lump that ends up right at the top of the shoulder. There is no lining under the strap so if you carry a purse on your should all of this metal and tough trim is biting into your shoulder under the weight of your purse strap. It's a shame that this was overlooked, since it is an otherwise lovely bra. I will be returning it, as it is not up to the quality standards I have come to expect from Chantelle.

Prosgood bra
cute bra, runs fairly true - the cup may be a tad on the small side. I almost kept it. The reason I sent it back was because the adorable lace straps were sort of picky. I have very sensitive skin mind you, and it may have softened over time, but having to wear a bra everyday of my life I tend to go exclusively for perfection.
This is the 2nd time I've bought this bra. I think the shape and the support are perfect. My shape looks great under a sweater or t-shirt. The only thing is that the straps are a bit too wide for my taste, so you can only wear this with wide strap tank tops.
