My coworker loves these shoes but she has the Mary janes, which are much cuter and less bulky. They didn't have those in kids; I'm an adult but wear a children's size 2. I think it's the weird euro sizing but these were huge; they felt at least one size too big if not two! I'm going to return them and pass on ordering a smaller size. As for the comfort of the shoe, I loved the wider base and could see that they would be comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The leather felt firm, more so than what I'm used to so that would be an adjustment. I may reorder in the future if I ever see the mary janes in kids.
