Love the color and the detailing, but because the underskirt/lining is shorter than the flowing tiered skirt, it "felt" like a short dress and I was definitely looking for something a little longer. It looks shorter in person than in the pic.
If you are looking at the dress and wishing it was a little shorter, go for it. If are wishing it was a little longer, keep looking.
This dress is much more stunning in person than in the photo! It's a deep purple, with really detailed beading. I had been looking for a dress for my office holiday party and I wanted something that looked celebratory and flattering, without being too va-va-va-voom.
This was a great find compared to the sea of forgettable and drab black dresses I had been turning up. It sparkles and swings, without being too low or high cut.
This doesn't cling, but it does drape in such a way that I think I'll make some gesture toward shapewear underneath, just to smooth the silhouette a little. YMMV, depending on how your curves are put together.

Prosunflattering
This dress was not flattering on my 5'3 ft frame. Sent it back but I LOVE Nordstrom's policy. They have made it so easy to shop from home. Returning item just as easy. I have ordered 7 more style and different size dresses which I am sure I will find the perfect dress for my son's wedding.

Very beautiful dress and figure flattering, but several beads came off as I was taking it out of the bag. I would be worried about it holding up to dry cleaning. Also, the lining was much smaller than the dress, it is cut strangely and made the dress uncomfortable and affected the quality of the fit. Seemed small for an 18W, was too snug in the bust and stomach areas and also in the armholes. So I would say that it runs small. VERY pretty, but I just couldn't justify the cost given the fit and flawed lining.
