I absolutely love this pencil. I am on my third one and cannot get enough of it but will probably try another eyeliner my next time around and here is why.
This pencil is truly waterproof as advertised. And as mentioned in other reviews, it is also malleable, soft, and easy to use. However, I often wonder if it is TOO waterproof, malleable, and soft. One single line on my lid is too much and throughout the day, despite the fact that it is waterproof, the excess eyeliner will fall beneath my eyes, causing raccoon eyes. I have to use an eyeliner brush and treat this pencil as pot of gel eyeliner in order to prevent from applying too much.
Once I started using an eyeliner brush, I have been able to achieve amazing winged eyeliner (using a liquid liner on top of this one), but I am also interested in trying out other products.

Proseasy to blend, smudgable, long-lasting, waterproof
I love this pencil because it is waterproof and malleable or easy to blend when you first apply it. This is my go-to pencil in No. 2 (brown) that I use on and under my lash line because my lashes started to thin out. A thin line and a little smudging make my eyes look like I have more lashes. You can smudge it into a thicker line if you want more glam, and a whole lot less if you smudge it only at the lash line. Great trick I learned from the girls at Nordstrom cosmetics department.
Have been using YSL Dessin du Regard Waterproof eye pencil for a few years now and absolutely love it. It goes on smoothly, never bleeds and stays put from day to night. Highly recommend.
