I find the smell a bit fake, if that makes sense. It's too perfumey rather than the natural gardenia flower scent. I prefer the Dyptique candle in this scent but this is in a cute vessel and at this price point would make a nice gift.

Beautiful, strong gardenia scent

This is a beautiful, true gardenia scent. It's strong (which I like) and burns cleanly and evenly. I'm pretty sure I get more than 50 hours out of these, too.

Got this candle as a gift and before burning it also, I would just smell it. It's definitely an extremely beautiful scent
