This dress is designed for a very small busted woman. It's a beautiful dress. It's been my experience that all evening gowns are cut very small. I usually wear a size 14 or 16 pant and/or dress. I ordered an 18 and the bust was cut way to small. I considered having it let out as the dress is beautiful. Very elegant. Fantastic drape. I ended up returning . . . but if I just lose another 10 lbs . . . well it's a lovely, lovely dress.

I purchased this dress for my Daughter's upcoming Sept wedding....I ordered a size 2 becasue I had tried on another dress, same size, by the same maker. However this dress fit more snuggly in the chest area.....which I later read in reviews was a common statement. So I have ordered the dress in size 4 to see how that fits. I do like the style, the color and the feel of the dress. I especially like the side wrap which adds a little detail. I think it is lovely and would be happy to wear it for the wedding.

This is a lovely dress with nice, classic lines. It does run very small...and even though I ordered a size up, it wouldn't fit. However, it looks wonderful on my daughter, so we may keep it.

This dress is unbelievably beautiful! I have purchased this dress for a formal wedding and I can hardly wait to wear it. I am a size 14, but the way this dress hangs makes me look like a size 10. I am not kidding! I thought my eyes were tricking me as I tried the dress on in a room with rather dim lighting, so I tried it on the next day in full sun. It is just lovely. The neckline is very flattering, though I will have to find a shawl for the event as it takes place outdoors. The color is deep and rich. The ruched top is subtle and not too much as it is with some dresses. I really do wish, though, that Nordstrom's would suggest an evening wrap to wear with their gowns.
ONE WORD OF WARNING: The bust is small. Do order one size up. The dress has a built in bra which is just right. The tight fit makes me feel supported and gives me just enought cleavage.
