A perfect basic belt!

Prosperfect basic
I usually lean towards more elaborate belts (studs, animal prints, etc), but have been on the lookout for the perfect basic belt to wear with denim shorts, jeans and cargo skinnies. When the anniversary sale came around, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase both the dark brown and black leather belts from Ralph Lauren. These belts did not disappoint! Both belts have a slightly, yet perfectly worn look to them.

Bohemian - Chic!!! I absolutely LOVE this belt. Due to previous reviews I ended up getting the medium instead of my usual (small) because I didn't want the belt to be on the last hole. As it turns out it fits me quite well with room to grow. You cannot go wrong with this belt!

nice wider width for my belt loops. soft leather. Nice size buckle but beware it won't go through the detectors at the airport.

I recently took a trip to the East Bay area and stopped by the Stoneridge (Pleasanton, CA) Nordstrom to look for a wide leather belt. This RL belt was on sale, but the only color they had in my size was black. The sales associate really went the extra mile locating a brown one for me at another location and having it shipped to my house...at no extra charge! I had my new belt within a week, and it was exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable sale price. Wish we had a Nordstrom in the Monterey Bay area.
