these are nice, soft. stay up. I got mainly to wear with jeans and ankle boots (shorted socks seem to slip down to the heel). I like these, but too high for me (I'm also 5 ft, wear size 5). The Nordstrom wool blend socks are a little shorter, still tall, and wash well and are warm. I gave 5 starts since socks are good, just a little tall for me.
I always dread buying knee socks for our school uniforms. They either fall down or the toe is uncomfortable and my girls complain. These socks, however, are great! They are very soft and comfortable and so far, no complaints from the girls. Would highly recommend these for those picky sock wearers! I should have bought the 3 for $21 but wanted to try them out first.
