I am 5'3" 108 lbs 28-29" waist and bought XS, they fit great, and very soft and love the wide waistband, it smooth my muffin top :). My legs are very skinny but think they are stretchy enough for someone with regular legs and heavier than me. The material is very soft, not thick at all but gives you the right support and it doesn't bulge under your clothes. The length is 2 inches too long for me but that's ok as I'll wear them with boots.I think I will also wearing with dresses this winter as they are very soft. I got them in black but will order other colors. Little expensive but Great buy!!

keep shape better than any leggings ive seen, cotton and very soft. Not the leggings that can be worn as pants alone as they are not too solid but overall nice. I'm 5'4- 150 and i got a Medium which fits well but they are 2.5 inches too long.

or other girdles, maybe this is for you; It's tight/constricting/thick.The brown was nice but I personally like leggings that are either 85% or higher in cotton or modal and thinner. I like soft, breathable fabric. Maybe this is good for cold climates but living in So. Calif. I just can't wear this & for all the other reasons I stated. These are long & I would have to get them shortened (I'm 5'4"). I got the small and they fit everywhere else. On the plus side, they do seem well made and durable.
I wear leggings often but these are not up to my standards at all. The fabric was thin and insubstantial, the fit was too small and not flattering at all. The large that should have fit me was ridiculously tight and the XL, which should have been too large for me, was still uncomfortable and did not accommodate my curves at all. I was quite disappointed. These went back immediately.
