The insole gets a little stiff during the day. The quality of the shoe is great, as always. The black shoe leather finish is not as shiny as I would have liked.

Too much squeaking!

Like others, I am unfortunately experiencing the squeaking under the tongue of the shoe and it is to the point where I would rather not wear this otherwise beautiful and comfortable shoe. I purchased it based on my experience with the Sutter which shares the same last and is my favourite fitting shoe. However, my experience with the Norwich is such that I'm not sure how often I will wear them no matter how nice the patina of the burnished brown is.

As always, Allend Edmonds makes me feel like a CEO with my stylish and timless shoes. Quality and fit are superb. In my MBA class, there is a group of guys that onle wear AE's, and I got the hottest pair in the bunch!

Great looking shoe but...

I'm a long time AE wearer (since 1984) and have used recrafting services as well. This is a well made, great looking shoe, however there are a couple of drawbacks.
It runs really narrow - I'm normally a D and had to trade for an E and really it's a bit narrow still. The sole is extremely stiff so it'll take a bit of breaking in. I've worn them at least once a week for 4 months and I'm still not there yet but hopefully soon.
If I could get there on comfort, it would be my go to shoe based on looks but for now, the Park Avenue is much more comfortable.
