This is my second pair of the Norwich, amazingly durable shoe. I work both inside and out, they have held up very well.

The Norwich is a fantastic looking shoe, but it's stiff heel causes a high level of discomfort for moderate to longer walks.

Great Style and Versatility

I purchased both black and brown as buckle shoes are in style. I love the sole! It is thicker than the Park Avenue without being too blocky. It looks funny to me to wear a really blocky-soled shoe with a suit, and the Norwich is flexible with many outfits. The Norwich adds confidence to your stride. With the brown version, the sole is colored brown like the shoe, so make sure you get brown heel/sole dressing.
They do run a little narrow. But my pairs fit great. You'll get a few compliments for sure!

a little stiff

These are a bit stiffer than my other AE shoes. I'm used to immediate comfort with my other AE's, the Norwich has taken a while to break in.
