Products purchased at AllenEdmonds.com or at Allen Edmonds stores may be returned within 60 days of purchase provided that the item is unused, not customized, and accompanied by the packing slip.

Under the heading "Returns Policy" go to the Returning Items by Mail and click on the section which reads as:

"Click here to track your order and generate a return label"

When you are ready to send the order back, repackage the boots in the original brand box, include the return form inside, and tape the shipping label to the outside of the box. You can drop your return off at any staffed FedEx Office.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges through the warehouse. If you prefer a different size, color, or style, simply place a new order at your earliest convenience.
