I really like these mules. The leather is great. The fit is good, only one small problem. My left foot is slightly larger than the right, but in this mule the right toe area is rubbing a little. A bit strange. But, no biggie. I can live with that. They will give a little in time. I think I will get alot of wear out of these. Very casual and great with jeans.
It is extremely difficult to find comfortable, supportive shoes. I have never shopped on line much either, however, I enjoyed the experience on Nordstrom.com AND most importantly, these mules are like slippers! I know it can be risky wearing new shoes all day, without breaking them in . . . throw that idea to the wind - the fit is perfect! 8M fit perfectly, my foot seems to be medium-wide width. Glad I didn't order the Wide. Perfection!

Yeah! I found shoes to wear on the airplane. They feel like slippers and I know that I will not have to deal with tight shoes because my feet swoll up after a long flight. I have super short and super fat feet :-)
