I was going to order this dress online until I read some of the reviews about being a little small. I normally wear a size 12 so I was not sure weather to order the 12 or go up and order the 14. None the less - I went to my local Nordstrom store and tried both the 12 & 14 on. The size 12 was in fact very snug around the hips/bottom and thigh area but the top fit well. The 14 gave me more room in the hip/bottom and thigh area but was to big on the the top. I needed the dress to wear for a family affair that was sooner then later so I opted to find another dress and did not buy either. I figured for the money it was not worth it for me to go have the size 14 dress altered and the size 12 was so not comfortable!!!

I am 5'9. The dress is 2 inches below my knee. Also the shape is made for people have very small top and big bottom. It also shows your armpit(the picture dose not show). I returned the dress.

I purchased this dress today from my local Nordstrom. I was a little skeptical because I read ALL of the reviews online and was thinking I may have to go up a size. I am a true size 8, about 5'7" and curvy so it was very important for me to try the dress on. I tried on the 8 and it fit perfectly. I did take the size 10 in the dressing room and tried it on but it was very loose fitting! The dress is made to hug your curves. The dress is VERY class but also VERY sexy. Did I mention I got the dress in COBALT?! I just LOVE THE COLOR. I tried the COBALT on first and then tried the black one...the black did no justice. This dress was definitely an investment!

Gorgeous!
I am 5'6" and 105 lbs - the size 0 fits perfectly. Like other revierwers, I had the dress shortened to fall just above the knee.
I have received many complements on this dress, and will definitely look for more items from this designer.
