Great dress but price dropped days after I bought it-came into my inbox! So I called cs and they wouldn’t give price adjustment because size 2 no longer available. I said that’s because I have the size 2. Makes no sense, the other sizes are on sale but not size 2? I explained i could go to the store and return it and rebuy it and Shawn said that would not be allowed.

Really wanted to love this and make it work as it looks beautiful and classy and elegant. Reading the reviews of it running small I bought a size up and it was still WAAAAAYYYY TOO SMALL. Then, I ordered two sizes up! It was still small in the bust and stomach area but huge everywhere else. Which would make sense if I was disproportional. However my body is pretty evenly throughout with athletic build. Very strange and had to send back. Now I’m afraid to ever order anything from black halo.

Beautiful Dress, Poor Dye Quality

I recently wore this dress for the second time and at end of the night I remembered the problem with it. I can’t speak for the other colors but the black dye will stain your nails. I had on white shellac and they became a pale pink with purple tips. The plus side is that the dye only affects your nails and not your skin. Other than the dye issue, the cut of the dress is beautiful and flattering.

Wow this is a gorgeous dress! Beautiful in every way and very classic. Unfortunately for me, it ran small so it is going back.
