this gown is so gorgeous!~!!! when i opened the box i was in LOVE.. i said YES YES..this is MY GOWN! The color is a deep plum!! (which i love plums and purples...my best friend saw this online because i needed a gown for my son's wedding next Fall...i am a year early...but i fell in love!! Fits great..and looks very expensive...its a heavy dress because of the full two layers...worth EVERY PENNY!! I am 5'5" and i think it may be too long..so i am not sure how the length is for a shorter women...but its worth it if I need to have it altered!! i will look NO further....this nis MY GOWN!! you won't be disappointed if you purchase this wonderful gown....

I hesitated to buy a gown on line (due to lenth) but I purchased 3 different gowns from Nordstrom to try the fit and this one fit perfectly & was long enough (I am 5'8"). I returned the 2 others without any problem & credit was issued to my account promptly. This is a much more comfortable way to shop. This gown is even more beautiful than it looks on line. I will wear it to my son's wedding.

Lovely dress. It was a possibility for daughter's wedding in Cabo, Mexico. I felt the jacket would make me feel too hot in the non-air conditioned church. I have heavy arms and did not feel that I'd be able to take the jacket off later at the reception. The dress was slenderizing and I could move easily in it.
