Very slimming fit. Comfortable yet not too casual. The color is a very pretty dark blue.

I've purchased these jeans frequently and recently needed to refresh my pairs. The fit, color, and material all felt a little odd. I had to order two of the same sizes in order to get the wash correct as the first pair arrived faded and warn and not the vibrant dark wash hue I was used to. Also, it feels like these aren't as skinny on the ankle as my others. I think I'll be sending them back. I hope it's just a bad production batch as I really do love this style and wash.
These are one of my go to pairs of jeans. Make sure though that they are really tight when you buy them, as they will relax a little. I love the color and the fit, they're so comfortable. Can't go wrong with J Brand. I wear a 24 in most other TBD jeans and these I also bought in a 24.

Not what I expected

After reading reviews on J Brand jeans, I wanted a pair. So I ordered the jeans in my normal high in brand size. Not good at all. The fit was fine at first, but after a hour of wear, they started to sag. Other high quality jeans fit me perfectly and never sag. So I send them back. Did not like these jeans at all.
