This boot was given as a gift, so I can only review it to the extent of repeating what I've been told: It's super comfortable, not too heavy and definitely waterproof, which is exactly what my daughter needed in her new home in Oregon.
I bought this pair of boots before my ski trip to Whistler Mountain. It turned out to be the perfect boot to keep me warm, dry, and comfortable while walking around in the snow/ice. The laces are easy to tie up with the metal loops, and the stylish look is a bonus too!
Love my Sorel boots! I'm glad I invested in them. They are extremely well made and meant to last. They are extremely warm for the cold Chicago weather. I ordered a half size up just as the other reviewers said and they fit perfectly.
