I ordered the Tofino Boot when early winter set in, I got the sparkly black version--its nice in that they have a little sheen but from a distance you can't tell they are sparkly so in that regard are not ostentatious and quite usable in all settings. I didn't have any problems with the fuzzy fur that goes in all directions, that's the boot. For flats I tend to wear a 9-9.5 and heels 9.5. I opted for the 9.5 as reviews said this ran a wee bit small. It definitely did and I had to return and exchange for a 10 which is really unusual and means -yes they run small. (luckily they arrived a month before they said they would as it was indicated the 10s were on backorder until Christmas!). The 10s fit great. They are not too heavy or cloppy.
Since their arrival there has been an unusual absence of snow (not that I'm complaining) so I haven't been able to yet test out their snow-worthiness but I am excited that they are super cute, and will look fabulous even when snow hits. I have also bought another pair of Sorel's--completely different style --and am super pleased with this brand.
Ordered these for my daughter for Christmas. I was pleased with the look of them for the most part. Wish they would put a better fur product along the top. Looks a little cheap in my opinion. Hopefully my daughter will like them.
The "Tofino" boot came in the mail around 4 days after ordering. I actually received the wrong boot first, but after calling Nordstrom they sent the replacement immediately. The boot itself looks great and is comfortable and durable. Very happy with my choice!
