I purchased these boots for my daughter and she loves them. Well made but lightweight these boots will be wonderful for our cold snowy winters. I was so impressed with them I ordered myself a pair. Can wait to get them. Great buy for a great price.
I got turned onto these boots by a girlfriend who swore they were a girl's best friend in battling Chicago winters. She was so right! I can't imagine life without my Sorrel Tofino boots! They are truly functional, weather-smart and classically stylish enough to get away with wearing to work when it's extremely cold, through snow and slush and then of course transition into your "comfy" heel all day(lol). I highly recommend this winter repeller for those in insanely cold climates and trust your boots will last for years.
These boots are so delightful! I love how warm and comfortable these Sorel Tofino boots are. Lighter weight and narrower than the Sorel Joan of Arctic boots, these boots still keep feet warm on wintry days. I took these boots to Lake Tahoe and walked around in the snow without slipping on icy walkways and snowy paths. The boots kept my feet warm and dry all day. I typically wear a 6 1/2 or 7, but I ordered the 7 to accommodate thicker wool socks. The Kettle Corange color is much prettier in person than in the photos. The shaft of the boot is made with a subtly sparkly silver organza-like fabric. It is still durable and waterproof despite the fancier choice of material. The toe box exterior is rubber. Very comfortable and I highly recommend. I would give it 5 stars if they were more flexible, but perhaps that will happen over time.
